How do I check my order status?

Answer: If you registered when you purchase, you can find tracking info after you sign in. Otherwise you can always email customerservice@homeremodeldepot.com to request tracking information.

 

How can I make a return?

Answer: Email to customerservice@homeremodeldepot.com with your order number, return reason, and pictures if item is damaged during shipping.

 

What are your business hours?

Answer: 9am - 5pm CDT.

 

What is the warranty on your products?

Answer: 1 year limited warranty, please refer to our warranty page Warranty.

 

How soon can I receive my order?

Answer: 5-12 days in general.

 

How much is the shipping?

Answer: Free shipping to contiguous United States for ANY purchase over $500. Otherwise it depends on destination and item size.

 

What if I change my mind after placing an order?

Answer: You can cancel order within 12 hours without any charge, otherwise shipping fee and 25% restocking fee may apply.

 

Can I place an order and have a delayed shipping date?

Answer: Yes.

 

How is my order being shipped?

Answer: LTL in general, UPS if the order contains mirror only.
